Question 1

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Independent used-car dealers selling roughly 10 to 40 cars a month from a forecourt of 15 to 60. It suits the owner who does the buying, selling, paperwork and aftercare themselves, and a small team that needs everyone working from the same list.

Question 2

Do I need a card to start the trial?

Accepted Answer

No. The 14-day trial needs no card. You can add your own cars and customers, or explore a demo dealership first.

Question 3

Does it send messages for me?

Accepted Answer

No, and that is deliberate. It writes the message and attaches the document. Your email or WhatsApp opens with everything ready and you press Send. Nothing goes out without you.

Question 4

I already use a spreadsheet and WhatsApp. Why change?

Accepted Answer

A spreadsheet records what you did. This tells you what to do next, and writes it. You can keep using WhatsApp: the app opens the chat with the message ready.

Question 5

How long does it take to set up?

Accepted Answer

About ten minutes to add your dealership’s details, logo and wording. On Growth we import your stock and customers from a spreadsheet for you, and on Pro we do it with you on a call.

Question 6

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled whenever you like, and you can export all your data first. Annual plans are paid up front for twelve months and give you two months free.

Question 7

Can my team use it at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Growth (3 users) and Pro (10 users). Starter is for one person.

Question 8

Is my customers’ data safe?

Accepted Answer

It is encrypted, stored in the UK and backed up every night. You stay in control of it and can export or delete it. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Question 9

Does it handle VAT and finance?

Accepted Answer

It follows the VAT scheme you set on each car (margin scheme, VAT qualifying or none), shows finance separately from what the customer owes, and estimates VAT in Reports. The standard wording is a starting point, not legal or tax advice, so check it with your adviser.

Question 10

Will it replace my accountant or my DMS?

Accepted Answer

No. It runs the sale and the relationship, and gives you the numbers to take to your accountant. We are adding exports and integrations to fit alongside the tools you already use.

Question 11

What if I need something it does not do?

Accepted Answer

Tell us. The roadmap is shaped by the dealers using it, and every plan includes a way to send a request straight to the team.

Question 12

What does it run on?

Accepted Answer

Any modern browser on a computer or tablet. There is nothing to install.
